Strength
Blend
ModerateStrength
In our Blend sequence you will be introduced to strength moves from our cardio Mix sequences 1, 2 and 3. This class will challenge you and prep you for what to expect strength-wise in our Mix sequences. Suitable for all levels. Modifications are always given!
Crush
ModerateStrength
Crush sequence has everyone looking at it with heart eyes! Another class featuring fave moves from other sequences! Really great all over strength class.
Faves
ModerateStrength
Faves Sequence is just that! Everyone's fave moves from a variety of sequences. Great strength class for all levels.
Force
HighStrength
Force sequence is our Power sequence without the cardio moves — a really great overall strength class.
Fuse
ModerateStrength
Our Fuse sequence is a sister of Blend. Where Blend is all of the strength moves from Mix 1, 2 and 3, Fuse is all of our cardio moves from Mix 1, 2 and 3 BUT slowed right down to be strength focused.
Max
HighStrength
Max Sequence is a mainly strength based sequence but does feature some cardio moves. Some moves are more involved and so this sequence is not recommended for first timers.
Sport
ModerateStrength
Sport Sequence is a great strength and mobility class! Perfect for all levels, a nice one for beginners.
Cardio
Mix 2

Mix 2 is the second in 3 Mix sequences that are cardio mania! High intensity cardio and strength moves make this class an awesome challenge! Suitable for cardio junkies and brave beginners — remember you can always go at your own pace!
Power

Our Power Sequence is a really perfect sequence for those wanting to dip their toes in the cardio sequence world. A beautiful balance of strength and cardio moves.

Flex Sequence is a level up from our Yoga Sequence — yoga inspired moves with a little more intensity! Still very accessible to all levels.
Power Flow Yoga

A strong, energizing flow designed to build heat, strength and confidence. This class is done off the bands (no overhead suspension training). Dynamic movement, mindful breathing, and a full body workout that leaves you feeling grounded, powerful, and refreshed!

Yoga Sequence is yoga inspired movement with the bands and is a beautiful combination of strength, stretch and stability. Perfect for all levels, great for beginners.

High Intensity Interval Training! This class we do off the bands (no overhead suspension training) — we use our bodies and sometimes different props (weights, slam ball, agility ladder etc). High energy fast paced class!

Combo Sequence is a combination of everything! We've got strength, cardio, and stretch all in one dynamic sequence! Great for all levels and anyone curious about cardio classes can get a little preview here in this sequence.
